I was Craig’s client as we architected a compelling strategic program facilitating our path to Get to Zero, significantly improving our customer and employee interactions. Craig provided the framework and approach, leveraging his experience to build buy-in from a diverse group of stakeholders across the business, meanwhile managing expectations of the executive team, up to and including our CEO. 

A couple of things I appreciated about Craig’s leadership was his focus on educating the team,  bringing everyone along, including competing consulting firms. This ensured everyone understood their role, learned as they went and felt supported in achieving outcomes. The other related area, was his willingness to say what he wasn’t good at, allowing others to step in and do what they do best, creating a great team environment and acknowledging and publicly praising the team as a whole and individuals when they did something significant. 

Craig is a true partner who I am fortunate enough to continue to work with ongoing.
